michael straw, 25, and iana straw, 23, have pleaded guilty to child neglect and have been appointed a public defender. the husband, an unemployed cashier, recently received a 50,000 dollar inheritance and purchased computer equipment and a plasma flat screen tv. their daughter was found with cat urine knotted in her hair, dry skin, and severe dehydration. their son was suffering from a gential infection and starvation.
